Decoding Love :)

Love in logical sense is just getting used to one person , till an extent that all your instincts rushes towards him/her , loosing the ability to avail any other alternative. Its hidden meaning is Addiction , which is nothing but weakness.If its taken care and in limit , its a pleasure and beyond that its Pain!

You start to do everything with just one person  and it becomes your habbit. Brain closes its doors and windows to look for any other alternative. Every fun, misery or activity just revolves around this 1 person. You lead to loose your life by making this person your life. Every thought starts with this person and ends with this person. It shapes up into a weakness and finally addiction.

Once anything is your weakness or addiction you can imagine life in its absence. Moment this thing or person departs from your life , you loose the reason to continue to live. Life looses its lustre , you feel enervated. It feels like an unending void , all you have around is unending silence  and loneliness. We tend to go paranoid by this silence around us.

This state is actually not new , however it was just ignored due to presence of that person , rather constant presence of that person. If this happens with your first break-up, its fine. However, people land up in this emotional ‘cold-turkey’ one after the other.

This can be easily countered , if you act smart and with your intellect. Just avoid relying on any one person , activity or Job. Get smart , observe things and you will get sign when it starts to head in same direction and will lead to pain. Pain of Addiction!

Have more than 1 friends . 1 friend is always special , but just don't build every activity around her/him. Make some friends at work , make some with you common interest, just get open and friends will pour in. Dont be a Jerk, walk up to a guy or girl and talk. Can! your ego and dump it in grand Canyon.

Take up some activity , this helps when you don't have people around you. Music and Dance are one of the most common activities. Take up something Creative . It requires you to explore and takes your thought away from your Love or addiction . Even if you wanna love also , it will freshen you up and your love will not be stale , with time.

Get involved with some physical fitness activity.99% people in this world are passionate about their Body or food. These are organic passions of human being . Pick either of these , these grow with you .You Can feel it with your senses. Once you are into this cycle, its addictive too. In this You befriend yourself. Nothing better than that.

Life becomes really lighter and more fun this way. Yo feel like a King of your Heart, Mind  and Soul.


All you need to ask is.....Am I thinking around this Person all fucking Time ?...N smile! ... N Act!

Unguided Crossroads

Bangalore, India's IT hub and husge education center. Millions come here , realize thier dreams and never go back or CAN'T GO BACK! . Yes , thats what happens all over booming IT Hub. Exactly like a gangster who cant go back after persuing that path for a while. Wisdom never allows you start a back journey. It resonates like a sin by Society, Family and Friends.

Every salary end of the month weakens his gut feeling and every banal assignment again makes it strong. I am talking about the youngest and believe me one of the most inteligent people around me. They are interesting people full of energy , excelent in anything which comes in there way. However they don't like what they are doing and most important they also don't know what else to do. Start going deaper into the subject they are working in or Start preparing for higher studies which everyone does or do something of thiere own , where the are responsible running things around.

Below is conversation which triggered thoughts above.

Rayan enter gym and heads for some streaching while bumping into a friend, "Hey Kalra, good to see you"

Kalra [while doing here passive streaches and in extream streached position] : Hey , how are you? Do you hit Gym at this time?

Rayan : I am Cool ,Yeh this is the time I come. How come you are here today at this time? are you on leave?

Kalra [still in streached pose] :Today is a holiday for something!

Rayan : Wow! , hey you complete your streaches.

Kalra : Its fine!

Rayan :Okay, where were you ? I haven't seen since long.

Kalra : I was working from Delhi office for a month, I had some family emergency. One unit of my team sits there.(She works in Accenture)

Rayan : Oh I thought you went to US , remember you were talking about some consultant , last time we meet [I remember every word of yours :-} ]

Kalra : No dude its not that smooth and I dont know what I wana do!

Rayan : Yeah , we all are in same boat. We dont like what we are doing and no freakin Idea what we really wana do. Why din't you stayed back in Delhi, you have your family there, right?

Kalra : Yeah, I am better off here. I have a space here. With family its a different story.Again I miss my home , doesnt like Bangalore but dont know yaar!

Rayan : Yes babes you are resonating my feelings! ... this sucks! I dont Like bangalore , neither Delhi ... same story! ... okay lets get back to our workout!

Kalra ; Bye! c ya

We escape that feeling by going to gym , joining a dance class , practicing Yoga and meditating , however it cant be cured . There is no sign to guide. There is no path so clear to adapt . I am sure many are like Rayan and Kalra and I am also confident by there abilities that they will find the way out of this to present themselve and world with something great! .

9 ways to get your 'Spark' back

I loved this article ,however was not perfectly conviced with it direction towards 'Perfection'. You can read this and have your own take aways. Its a nice read for anyone , even for so called achievers ;)

Perfection is possible for every one of us—no matter what age, color, nationality or level of education.

It is a living experience that we can nurture and intensify when we stretch our wings to fly a little higher. How do we directly experience our perfection, hidden as it is, within everyday appearances? Here are nine steps to a transformed way of being:

 

1.  Awaken to your true identity. All caught up in the same empty routines we mistake for “reality,” we easily lose touch with who we truly are. Stop! You are not an ant, so there is no reason to trek up and down the same path in a boring line when you can simply step aside, lift your head, and smell the roses. In other words, awaken from your unconscious patterns and reconnect with your intelligence.

 

2.  Choose to be the authentic you. Be you because everyone else is taken. There’s no need to worry about the outer world when the inner world is solid. You can experience and radiate perfection only by being yourself. On top of it, practice being present and being real because this will unlock the power within you to attract the same caliber people as well as generate thrilling opportunities in your life.

 

3.  Find the balance between “doing” and “being.” Most of us get caught in the universe of doing and are preoccupied with survival. Both of the universes are equally important and so finding that fine balance between doing and the being will allow you to tap back into your core and fulfill your goals.

 

4.  Get back to play! Our perceptions of reality sometimes remove us from the sense of play. It is time you start playing all over again. Play throughout the day. Play while working on any project or chore. This will, not only improve the outcome, but it will also boost your imagination and creativity and fill you with vital energy.

 

5.  Find your meaning and your purpose. The meaning in life lies in our purpose. The first question you should ask yourself is, “What would I live and die for?” Is it your family, your dreams, or some higher cause? You must find that out because it will ignite the fire within you.

 

6.  Let go of your mind. We tend to live in our minds and forget our bodies. Our bodies energize our minds. Tune into your body, notice the energy level you are at, and work on raising the bar or moving up your chakras. The higher you go, the more you’ll recharge and the faster you’ll calm your mind. Use whatever path works for you—walk in the woods, go for a run, do yoga, play hockey, or meditate.

 

7.  Let fear disappear. Fear should not stop you from moving forward. Instead, it should challenge you. Keep in mind, the monsters are not under the bed—they are in your head. Once you start playing with your monsters and demonstrating your commitment to the game, they’ll disappear.

 

8.  Don’t suppress your feelings. Our feelings give depth and dimension to life. Without contrast, life would be utterly flat. Even negative emotions can be beautiful when consciously experienced. Don’t suppress your feelings and let them all out. Only then will you be able to transform it.

 

9.  Learn to forgive fast. Practice staying away from the game of judgment and evaluation. It doesn’t add value to anyone. When we forgive others, we are actually forgiving and empowering ourselves, because we let go of all the negative energy trapped within our bodies.

 

Life is a delightful process of going in and out of the realization of perfection much as if we were chasing an elusive butterfly with tattered nets. The further along we go, the more conscious we become, and the more frequent the moments of peak experiences. This path leads to a transformational shift in identity. Then it all seems worthwhile, and celebration of life, along with every moment, becomes second nature.
