Its been a sudden shuffle in my life.From a individual with not much option,due to recesion i am now a chooser.Lot has to be fabricated to be in such position.
My recruitment in another company ,transformed the way people thought at things.Sometimes I also feel that my outlook has also changed towards myself.Two jobs in my hand fun of negosiation has kicked off.Thanks that I have maintained nice relation,seniors are willing to retain me and negotiate on my behalf.
Reccession was taking all our patience and there was no enthusiasm left in what ever we were doing.How can enhu be,first we are chasing dreams and vision of someone else and if we are not rewarded...then zeal is bound to vanish.However,we all have gone really affraid of life and its uncertainity.None put there voice accrross.I have always done that and feel if everyone could have done this.We,employees could have been in better position.More respected,more positive and this will bring general trait of dynamism in people.It will affect the work and its environment positively.

Time to travel is very near,whatever path I choose on the crossroad.One takes me West and other takes me East.One has business then other has implimentation.One is Vetran and expirienced and other is neive and energetic,throttling in full enthusiasm.
